Deputy Seán Crowe asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if his attention has been drawn to the delays being experienced by returned persons in exchanging their foreign driving licence for an Irish one, in particular the case of a person (details supplied); and his plans to speed up this process. I have therefore referred the Question to the Authority for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
