476. Deputy Tom Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if an application by a person (details supplied) for AEOS payments will be reviewed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [49964/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe decision on payments under AEOS was issued by letter to the person named on 24 August 2016. The person named did not avail of the review procedure outlined at the time. My Department will review the correspondence now submitted and issue a response to the person named shortly.
