Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health his plans to address the geographical gap in heart failure services in the south southwest hospital group area; if a business case has been made for the €750,000 investment that is needed to establish heart failure services in Cork University Hospital and Kerry General Hospital; if this will be provided for as a priority in the HSE service plan; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
