Deputy Pat Buckley asked the Minister for Health if the LittleThings mental health campaign is being run by an external company; if so, the nature of the contract, including length of contract, agreed payment, nature of invoicing, details of the person or body that decides campaign messaging and other relevant details; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
