Amharc ar fhreagraThe Marine Survey Office (MSO) of my Department does not require Irish Fishing Vessel owners to lengthen their vessels. However they do carry out surveys on the Irish Fishing Vessels to ensure they are complying with the relevant regulations. Any decision to lengthen fishing vessels is a matter for each owner.
