Deputy Anne Rabbitte asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the use of external public relations firms employed per annum by her Department since coming into office, in tabular form; the external public relations firm used; the internal departmental policy with regard to employing external groups; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
