Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection further to previous parliamentary questions in respect of a preferential claim against a person (details supplied), if this can be taken into account in the determination of the person's case; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe Department deals with employers who owe a debt to the Social Insurance Fund in line with its debt management policy and procedures.
