762. Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if her Department has assessed or had contact with her EU colleagues in relation to the potential relocation of the European Union youth orchestra; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [54135/17]

I wish to advise the Deputy that my Department has had no contact on the potential relocation of the European Union youth Orchestra. I understand that the Orchestra has already made an announcement that it is establishing a legal and operational seat in Ferrara and Rome, Italy.
