74. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Finance if the circumstances involved in a primary medical certificate application by a person (details supplied) will be investigated; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3851/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised by Revenue that the person concerned, who was a first time applicant, was deemed by them not to have qualified for the Disabled Drivers and Disabled Passengers Scheme and as such was not eligible to access the benefits of the scheme. I am further advised that Revenue informed the family member of the person who submitted the application of this fact.
