Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the persons on State boards under the aegis of his Department who also serve on other State boards; the persons on State boards under the aegis of his Department who have previously served on other State boards; and if he will make a statement on the matter. All appointments are made in accordance with the requirements of the governing legislation and the Government Guidelines on Appointments to State Boards.
