Deputy Eamon Ryan asked the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence the ownership structure of the land attached to Cathal Brugha barracks and McKee barracks; if there are leasing arrangements in regard to either facility; if so, the existing parties; and the key conditions attached to such leases. Amharc ar fhreagraTitle of both Cathal Brugha Barracks and McKee Barracks is vested in the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform under various longstanding Leasehold, Freehold and Fee Farm Grant agreements and both are administered by the Minister for Defence. There are no leasing arrangements in place in relation to either facility.
