Deputy James Lawless asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of complaints received on an annual basis by Irish Rail, Dublin Bus and Bus Éireann in each of the years 2013 to 2017, in tabular form; the nature of these complaints; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
