211. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government if a matter will be addressed regarding the purchase of land in the case of persons (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8945/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe persons named have made an offer to purchase an area of reclaimed foreshore occupied by them for many years without consent. However, my Department has informed them that the nature of the offer made could not be recommended for approval by the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform.
