547. Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a decision regarding a review will issue to a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9467/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe independent Agriculture Appeals Office has confirmed that a review of the Appeals Officer's decision was requested. A number of requests for review of appeal decisions were received prior to the request concerned. Requests for reviews are generally dealt with in order of receipt. I am advised that it is expected that the review of the case concerned will be completed shortly.
