Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of legal or other actions taken by Bord Iascaigh Mhara to recoup grants awarded to companies in each of the past 15 years; the nature of the infringement, the name of the company, the result of the actions and the value of the grants in question in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
