500. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of learner drivers who failed to surrender their licence and were summonsed to court; the number convicted; the penalties imposed; the number of learner drivers detected driving while disqualified; the number summonsed to court; the number of drivers convicted; the penalties imposed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
