Amharc ar fhreagraThe management and maintenance of local authority or approved housing body social housing stock is a matter for each individual local authority in the first instance, including housing maintenance and repairs. In relation to the property referred to, I understand that refurbishment works on the property are imminent and are due to be completed within 3 weeks.
