Commencement of Legislation
183. Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade the sections and parts of all legislation brought forward by his Department in each of the past four years that have yet to be commenced; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25179/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Protection of Cultural Property in the event of Armed Conflict (Hague Convention) Bill is the only legislation brought forward by my Department in the past four years that has yet to be commenced. It will commence in August 2018 to coincide with the entry into force of the Convention, for Ireland.
