453. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a decision will issue to an application by a person (details supplied) under the TAMS scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28017/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named submitted an application for grant-aid under the Young Farmers Capital Investment Scheme of TAMS on 23 February 2018. During administrative checks deficiencies were found due to no documentary evidence of grant of full planning permission being submitted at the time of application. Following a request for a review of the application the applicant requested to proceed with the investments applied for which do not require planning permission. The application is currently being checked for technical issues in the local office before approval issues.
