Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health the number of employees that did not make the criteria in the first round of the Haddington Road regularisation process; and the number of that group whose attention was formally drawn to the appeals process in the correct timeframe by human resources senior management. The Haddington Road Agreement provided for the regularisation of long term acting positions in the context of workforce planning for IMPACT (now FORSA) grades. HSE HR Circular 017/2013 and associated HR Guidance document sets out the implementation arrangements for the HSE. An audit of the implementation of the regularisation process is underway.
As the questions seeks specific data, I have asked the HSE to respond directly to the Deputy on this matter.
