503. Deputy James Browne asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport his plans to address the need to develop the N11, especially at points of congestion in County Wicklow; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31535/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs Minister for Transport, Tourism & Sport, I have responsibility for overall policy and funding in relation to the national roads programme. The planning, design and operation of individual roads is a matter for Transport Infrastructure Ireland under the Roads Acts 1993-2015 in conjunction with the local authorities concerned.
