Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 339 of 26 June 2018, if there is a written record in all 45 cases of persons colonised or infected with carbapenem-resistant enterobacteriaceae, CPE, in Tallaght Hospital in 2018 of their having been informed of this fact.
