138. Deputy Jim O'Callaghan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade the details of the EU directives that fall under his remit not yet transposed into law; the deadline imposed by the EU for the transposition of same; and the estimated date for the transposition of those directives into law. The responsibility for transposing EU directives into Irish law rests with those Departments with responsibility for the policy areas concerned.

My Department has no EU directives awaiting transposition.
