1420. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 639 of 10 July 2018, if the legal framework being finalised with regard to the intention to protect the State's investment in the new maternity hospital will be brought before Dáil Éireann before it is finalised; and if he will make a statement on the matter. While the approval process is one for myself, as Minister for Health, I can confirm that I intend to brief Government once the legal framework has been finalised.  I will, of course, be very happy to share the agreement with the Deputy and the House, as appropriate, in due course.
