As the Deputy will be aware, the National Advisory Committee on Bioethics was established to advise the Minister for Health on the ethical and social implications of scientific developments in human medicine and healthcare.
No decision has been made regarding the next topic on the work programme for the National Advisory Committee on Bioethics. The Committee last met on 24 September 2015. Given that the topic of the Committee's next project has yet to be determined, no specific date has been selected for the next meeting of the National Advisory Committee on Bioethics.
