2027. Deputy Sean Sherlock asked the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if a complaint has ever been made to the European Commission by agencies within its remit in respect of a breach of the water framework directive or other EU legislation on the Munster Blackwater at Fermoy, County Cork. The information requested in relation to the agencies under the aegis of my Department is an operational matter for each agency.  The Department will request the relevant bodies to reply directly to the Deputy with the information requested in respect of their organisations.
