2241. Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the administrative cost of running the National Transport Authority and Transport Infrastructure Ireland for 2017 and to date in 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [34178/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraI have referred the Deputy's question to the National Transport Authority (NTA) and Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) for direct reply in relation to the total administrative costs of both organisations. The Exchequer funding provided for the running of the NTA and TII for 2017 and the allocation to each agency for 2018 as provided for in Budget 2018 is set out in the following table.
