Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence if his attention has been drawn to a person (details supplied) who has served as an Army Ranger for the past seven years and who has now been accepted as a member of An Garda Síochána; and if the fee for leaving the Defence Forces can be waived in this instance in consideration of the fact that this person is joining a fraternal peacekeeping State agency.
