Deputy John Brassil asked the Minister for Health the selection process regarding persons to be reviewed by the primary care reimbursement service, PCRS, for eligibility for a medical card; if he will re-examine the way in which persons are selected for review; if he will amend the process to ensure that those who have been reviewed in a given year are not selected for review in the same year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
