650. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of approved driver instructors registered to deliver essential driver training; the regulation the RSA undertakes on this matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [37140/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe registration of Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) and oversight of the ADI system are the statutory responsibility of the Road Safety Authority. I have therefore referred the question to the Authority for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
