I wish to advise the Deputy that the National Transport Authority (NTA) has statutory responsibility for the development, operation and maintenance of the Leap Card scheme.
In light of its responsibility with regards to this matter, I have referred your query to the NTA for its attention and direct response. Please inform my private office if you do not receive a reply within 10 working days.
