711. Deputy Tony McLoughlin asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the reason a person (details supplied) is not entitled to claim for illness benefit; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [37011/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Department has no record of an application for Illness Benefit from the person concerned. If person concerned wishes to apply now, he should complete and forward an application to the Illness Benefit Section. He needs to also be certified as ill by his doctor.
