Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government the communications, press and public relations budget allocated to his Department for 2018; the way in which it is being spent; if it is behind or ahead of profile; and if he will make a statement on the matter. All press office costs are met from my Department's allocated Exchequer Vote. Details of any relevant expenditure by my Department are currently being collated insofar as is possible and will be forwarded to the Deputy in accordance with Standing Orders.
