Amharc ar fhreagraI have been informed by An Garda Síochána that an examination of relevant records indicates that in the past four years no person has been refused a permission to enter the State on the basis of the provisions of section 4(3)(c) of the Immigration Act 2004, which relates to non-nationals suffering from a condition set out in the First Schedule of the Act.
