Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Health the number of persons who required admission to hospital arising from a visit to the accident and emergency department or separately required a transfer to another hospital arising from their visit in respect of accident and emergency admissions in each of the departments in hospitals nationally in each of the years 2014 to 2017 and to date in 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
