Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the progress to date in the determination of further information furnished to her Department in respect of an illness benefit claim in the case of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe Illness Benefit claim for the person concerned is both certified and paid up to 14th November 2018.
If the person concerned remains ill and unfit for work, a further medical certificate should be submitted to the Department as soon as possible in order for further payments to issue to him.
