320. Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the fees paid and services rendered to a person (details supplied) in each of the years 2013 to 2017 and to date in 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [49428/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraI can advise the Deputy that my Department has not paid fees or procured services from the person or company in question during the years 2013 to 2017 or to date in 2018. The person in question has provided assistance to the Department on behalf of the Office of Government Procurement in connection with a procurement matter in recent months.
