Deputy Maurice Quinlivan asked the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation the legal service providers contracted by the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement in 2018; the hours worked by each legal service provider; the cost of each legal service provider; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The table does not include contracts already existing at the start of 2018, nor does it include contracts which have not yet given rise to Fee Notes (e.g. where a case is ongoing). The hours worked are not relevant in many cases as some tasks are undertaken at a flat fee.
