Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned contacted the Community Welfare Service on 22/11/2018. An application form for Supplementary Welfare Allowance issued to the person concerned on the same date. The application will be assessed upon receipt of completed documentation and the person concerned will be notified of the outcome.
