538. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason GLAS plus payments are not issuing to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; if the application will be reviewed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [50944/18]

This participant is not entitled to the GLAS+ payment. The land parcel entered as Chough into GLAS is not a designated Chough area therefore does not qualify for the Chough action.
