274. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if a matter relating to a lease (details supplied) will be examined; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [51105/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Irish Coast Guard, a division of my Department, in consultation with the CSSO reviewed the draft lease of the property proposed by Mr Curtin. The IRCG having reviewed the matter made the decision not to pursue the lease. The CSSO advised Mr. Curtin's solicitors on the 17th July, 2018 and the file was closed. The Department is not liable for costs expended on a draft lease.
