Amharc ar fhreagraDepartment of Finance Circular 12/2010: Protocol for Civil Servants Nominated to the Boards of Non-commercial State Bodies outlines the steps to be taken when a civil servant nominee to the Board of non-commercial State bodies has an unanswered concern where there is a significant public policy issue at stake which is not being satisfactorily addressed by the Board. The provisions of Circular 12/2010, which are also incorporated within the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies, apply to officials of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and to all civil servants serving on Boards of non-commercial State bodies.
