207. Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if all communications between his Department and the Department of Health regarding the national children’s hospital in 2017 and 2018 and to date in 2019 will be published. [6610/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department has already released correspondence with the Department of Health through a Freedom of Information request. Under the FOI Act 2014 any individual can request access to official records held by Government Departments. However, there are some potential limits to the information releasable, for example in relation to commercially sensitive information, that may need to be taken into account.
