On receipt of additional medical evidence submitted in support of the appeal of the lady in question, a review of the claim was carried out by a deciding officer and she has been awarded invalidity pension with effect from 04 October 2018. As a result, the appeal is no longer necessary.
Payment will issue to her nominated bank account on 18 April 2019. Any arrears due from 04 October 2018 to 17 April 2019 less any overlapping social welfare payment will issue as soon as possible. She was notified of this decision on the 03 April 2019.
