1458. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection if an exceptional needs application form has been returned and is being processed in the case of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [19618/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs per Parliamentary Question 16009/19, the Community Welfare Officer (CWO) issued an application form to the person concerned on 2 April 2019. The CWO advises that no application form for an exceptional needs payment (ENP) has been received from the person concerned to date. The CWO contacted the person concerned on 1 May 2019. The person concerned has informed the CWO that they will return the form when completed.
I trust this clarifies matter for the Deputy.
