1528. Deputy Anne Rabbitte asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government the number of homes upgraded as part of the smart technology energy saving scheme since its launch in 2016; the number of local authorities that have taken part in the scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department does not fund the Smart Technology Energy Saving Scheme and accordingly, does not have data on the number of social homes that participated in the scheme. I am advised that the scheme is funded by Electric Ireland.
