103. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence if a new cadetship competition for the Permanent Defence Force will open in quarter 4 of 2019; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26604/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe 2019 competition for cadetships in the Defence Forces was launched in April of this year and the assessment process for applicants is underway. It is envisaged that the next competition for cadetships in the Defence Forces will take place in Quarter 1 of 2020.
