401. Deputy Seán Haughey asked the Minister for Education and Skills when a person (details supplied) will receive an appointment to have an assessment of education needs; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31758/19]

The Assessment of Need process falls under the Disability Act 2005 and within the responsibilities of the Health Service Executive (HSE) and therefore that matter should be addressed to my colleague, the Minister for Health.
