Deputy James Browne asked the Minister for Education and Skills the position regarding car parks within school-owned property and issues related to patrolling cars parked within disabled parking spaces without a valid blue badge permit and cars parked on double yellow lines; the policy regarding such cases, especially when in cases in which the matter falls outside the remit of An Garda Síochána and the local authority; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
