Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Health the progress of the digitalised registration system in the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, funded by his Department; his views on the resignation in May 2019 of the project sponsor and resignation of the project lead in August 2019 leading to a delay in the commencement of the system roll-out scheduled to take place in September 2019; the details of the original tender cost of the project; the additional costs that will be incurred as a result of the delay; the projected commencement roll-out date of this project; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
